Steeple Reconstruction

You’re probably familiar with this children’s rhyme, but we were thankful last week that a steeple does not make a church. On August 29, 2024,
our staff and a few church members gathered outside our church building to witness the removal of our 31-year-old steeple. The steeple, along with parts of our roof, had sustained hail damage and will be receiving a

needed repair. It was loaded onto a trailer to be transported to Kentucky where it will be restored by the company that originally constructed it
in 1993. It is estimated that the steeple will be returned in early December. Although it may be gone temporarily, we are grateful that our church remains strong!
