Justin currently serves as minister to students, which focuses on students from the seventh grade through college. Originally from Geneva, AL, one of Justin’s favorite childhood memories is fishing with his family. He first began a relationship with Christ when he was six years old, and he received a call to ministry his junior year of high school at Centrifuge. Justin attended the University of Mobile for his undergraduate degree and he is currently attending Southwestern Theological Seminary for his Master’s degree.
Before coming to FBCP in June 2017, Justin served at FBC Grand Bay, AL for four years. Some of Justin’s hobbies include fishing and riding four-wheelers, and he enjoys vacations at Panama City Beach. His favorite movies are the “Iron Man” sagas and his favorite TV show is “Hawaii Five-O” For food, Justin believes that a homemade taco cannot be beat, and his favorite candy is candy corn. Some of his favorite books are Goliath Must Fall and The Comeback by Louie Giglio, and Radical and Counter Culture by David Platt. The best piece of life advice Justin has heard is “You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can’t pick your friend’s nose.” He likes this because it relates to how to approach friendship.
